He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Ballwahn; his children, Teresa Pollock (Marvin), Kerry Gillman (Steve) and Tanya Smith (Chris); his stepchildren, Ronda Ballwahn and David Williams (Beth); his grandchildren, Megan Alley (Dean), Alaina Fry, Tyler Gillman (Yvette), Cody Gillman, Zachary Smith, Joshua Smith (Victoria), Jacob Smith, Jesse Krause and DJ Williams; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Jamie, Austin, Bentlee, Ryker, Rosalyn and Brycen.
