He is survived by: his wife Patricia Miller (Tanner); his children, Daniel Miller (Martha), Julie Miller (Steve Smith), Mark Miller (Trish) and Heidi Tune (Ben); his grandchildren, Dana Garland (Michael), John Adair (Shiann), Zach Miller (Natalie), Kathryn Tune, Jonah Miller (Jacqueline), Thomas Tune (Ashlyn) and Claire Miller (Dylan); and his great grandchildren, Samuel Garland (Millie), Kayla Bandy (Casey), Hadley Guill, Sophie Miller, Mayla Tune, Stetson Adair and Clara Miller.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to St. Jude Children's Hospital or the Shriners Children's Hospital in Dave's name.
