She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Connor and Theresa Fleege O'Connor; her husband Martin F. Duffy; her sons, Mark Duffy, Kevin Duffy and Steven Duffy; and her daughter-in-law Angie Duffy.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Duffy of Webster City and Maureen; and her daughter-in-law Jill Duffy of Indianola. She is also survived by five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren, as well as many beloved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in Gerry's honor to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
