He was predeceased by: his wife Ida; and his parents, Palestine and Nettie. He is survived by: his children, Steven Lewis (Sheryl) of Queen Creek, AZ, Suzanne Young (Clint) of Emmetsburg and Jim Lewis (Roxanne); his grandchildren, Scott Lewis, Mikal Young, JaDee Gloede, Ryan, Doug and Ben Lewis; his great grandchildren, Jenna, Andrew Lewis, Brooke Young, Megan, Joseph, Kianna Gloede, Clair, Julia, Owen and Emma Lewis; and his great great grandchild Leonardo Lievano IV.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in his memory for a donation at a later date.
