He was predeceased by: his wife Marvel "Polly" Webb; his parents, Clarence Webb and Lucille Webb; and his siblings, Katherine Wion and Jim Webb.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Preston Webb, Todd Allen Webb (Sandra K.) and Gerald Wayne Webb (Beth R.); his grandchildren, Lindze Webb-Vieregge (Michael), Joshua T. Webb (Kimi), Todd H. Webb (Melissa McWilliams), Becca Webb (Aaron Messerly) and Alex Webb (Madison); his great grandchildren, Travis Bare Jr., Christopher Webb and Miriam Webb; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Cumpton Jr. (Barbara), Annie Pybus (Howard) and Grant Cumpton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Overton Funeral Home (501 W Ashland Ave, Indianola, IA 50125). The military honors was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to Liberty Center Legion Post or Windsor Manor in Indianola in his memory.
