She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Rogers and Madeline Rogers; her husband Alden Godwin; and her siblings, Jane Godwin (Roy Godwin) and Everett Rogers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Caroline Larson (Rustin), Elizabeth Godwin-Jones (Robert) and Joyce Godwin; her grandchildren, Jacob Xiao (Yanli), Molly Godwin-Jones, Luke Godwin-Jones (Lingling Sun), Emma Godwin-Jones, Katharine Larson, Sarah Larson and Julia Larson; her great grandchildren, Cayden Godwin-Jones, Lilli Godwin-Jones, Lorelei Petty, Zachary Xiao and Ivy Xiao; and her brother James Rogers (Mary Lou). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials in memory of Lois may be given to the Indianola First United Methodist Church or Helping Hand in Indianola.
