He was predeceased by : his parents, Emil Koenck and Marie Koenck (Wiese); and his brothers, Bill, Paul and Merlyn.

He is survived by : his wife Carolyn (Susie); his children, Kim Cobb (Jerry), Kari Dougherty (Mike), Kurtis Koenck (Angie) and Kolleen Johnson (Steve Leonard); his grandchildren, Josh Cobb (Carissa), Kelli McClintock (Ryan), Kristi Cobb (Aaron Wagner), Jake Dougherty, Jessica Shane (Cole), Ashley Williams (Jake), Andrew Koenck (Faith) and Amy Markey (Lucas); his siblings, Kay Steinberg (Chuck), Bob Koenck (Barb), Larry Koenck and David Koenck (Kathy); his siblings-in-law, Keith, Dennis, Irvin, Paul, Joel Weber, Don Erickson, Ivadelle Erickson, Ruth and Ginny Weber; and his sisters, Eileen, Jeanne and Gail. He is also survived by many many nephews and nieces and other extended family members and great friends.
