He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dick, Patricia Foster, Jerald and Shirley Burns; and his aunt Patty Foster.
He is survived by: his parents, Rex Burns and Laura Foster; his former wife Katherine Sue Leinen; his favorite boys, Sam, Ben, Jack and Henry Burns; and his sister Kristina. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory for his children and sent in care of Overton Funeral Home.
