He is survived by : his father Harry Spence (Skip); his stepmother Patty Spence; his children, Casie Dittmer (Eric) of Lacona, Natoshia Nelson (Chris) of Indianola, Clarissa Vanzee (Jerry) of Cedarville, Wayne Spence (Autumn) of Jacksonville and David Spence (Colton) of Grimes, Iowa.; his siblings, Randy Spence (Lou) of Van Buren, Tom Spence (Jean) of Des Moines, Iowa, Rhonda Taffae (Jim) of Des Moines, Rachelle Wilcox (Tim) of Reagan, Sherry Smith of Urbandale and Robyn Parker Jones of Greenwood, Arkansas.; and his grandchildren, Luke Dittmer, Ben Dittmer, Nevaeh Myers, Ashton Myers-Nelson, Harmony Spence, Charlotte Spence, Ayla Vanzee and Rayah Vanzee.
