He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Case and Doris Case (Bruns); and his sisters, Muriel Cedeno and Carolyn Drake (Jack). He is survived by: his wife Irene Middleswart; his pet Augie; and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Geyer (Bob) and LaVerne Middleswart (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces, and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Indianola First United Methodist Church or Kiya Koda Humane Society of Indianola.
