He is survived by: his wife Darlene Leib (Uhlmann) of Indianola; his children, Brian of Indianola, Denise of Martensdale and Rhonda of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Nicole Thompson (Eric) of Altoona, Ashley Caskey (Nate) of Norwalk and Zoey Schultz of Martensdale; his siblings, Joyce Allard of Russell, Janice Creger of Phuket, Rick Leib (Carol) of Ankeny, Joanne Van Dyne (Rod) of Corydon and Rodney Leib of Chariton; his brother-in-law Raymond Jackson of Ankeny; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Aubri, Alex, Hayleigh, Braxton, Braelynn and Lainey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
