He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Parker and Evelyn Parker (Clark); his wife Glennore Parker; his son Edward Parker; and his siblings, Ricky Parker and Marilyn Parker Hutchinson.

He is survived by: his sisters, Roberta Sease of Des Moines and Judy Haley of Des Moines, Iowa. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
