He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his sons, Chad Biddle, Calvin Goode Altoona (Heather) and Michael Goode Indianola (Jessica Coy); his siblings, Patricia Fresques and Raymond Waukee (Linda Cox); his siblings-in-law, Linda Biddle, Wanda Smith Knoxville (Grant Mathison), Waneta Knudsen Des Moines (Mark) and Paul Hailey Phoenix (Carrie); his friend Tonkinese; his pet Remington; his former wife Sandra; his siblings, Max Jr. and Kae South-Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Raymond, Patricia Hailey and Jack Smith. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews.
