It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Mae Frey of Iowa City, Iowa, born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on December 4, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Kling and Norma Kling (Johnson); her husband Anthony "Tony" Frey; and her son Eric J. "Rick" Frey. She is survived by: her children, Laura Frey Law (Ian Law), Steven Frey (Lisa) and Katie (Frey); her grandchildren, Erika Law Tuttle (Mike Tuttle), Kelsey Law, David Frey, Raema Frey, Jonathan Frey, Naomi Frey, Selah Frey, Nyle Schroeder and Peyton Schroeder; her great grandchild Levi Tuttle; and her sister Cherie Souhrada (Dave).
She was also dedicated to her first-born, Rick, who had Down's Syndrome, visiting him weekly at his supported living home for years until the pandemic hit.
