He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gorvin and Anna Mary Gorvin (Spratt); his siblings, Pamela Escher, Susanna Breno, Jim Gorvin II, Mic Gorvin, Barbara Irish-Gorvin, Bruce Gorvin and Paula Gorvin; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Breno and John Grosvenor.
He is survived by: his siblings, Pat Grosvenor of Coralville, Paul Gorvin of Iowa City and Connie Mullinnix (Roger) of Iowa City; and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Gorvin, Maureen Irish-Gorvin and Phil Escher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
