With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan E. Parsons (Iowa City, Iowa), who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George H. Frohwein and Constance Evans Frohwein; and her husband C. H. "Larry" Parsons. She is survived by : her children, Cindy Parsons (Gary Klinefelter) of Iowa City, David Parsons of Iowa City and Douglas Parsons (Connie) of Iowa City; her grandchildren, Emily Klinefelter, Katy Klinefelter, Max Parsons and Kelli Parsons; her great grandchildren, Ivan Johnson and Thanos Johnson; and her brother George E. Frohwein of Kennesaw, Georgia..
