He is survived by: his children, Jason Gross (Angela) of Brooklyn Center, MN and Heather Hammer (Jeff) of Fort Meade, MD; his grandchildren, Caroline Hammer and Lucas Gross; and his siblings, Patrick Gross of Racket, MO, Thomas Gross (Jeri) of East Dubuque, IL, Michael Gross (Sandra) of Dubuque, IA, Linda of East Dubuque, IL and Deborah Slater (Tom) of Benton, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
