He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Schneider and Dorothea Schneider; his siblings, Elna, Ruby, Ruth, Donald and Richard; and his son-in-law Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Jan; his children, Beth (Al), Becky, Leo, Katie (Sean) and Kelli (Jordan); his grandchildren, Dominic (Teresa), Courtney (Steven), Noah and Ethan; his great grandchildren, Naomi, Adam and Jenny; his brother Raymond; his siblings-in-law, Berneita and Aldo; and his mother-in-law Jennie.
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations made to Dr. Eric Mou's Research for T-Cell Lymphoma at The University of Iowa Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center or Goodwill of the Heartland.
