He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Heffron and Constance Heffron (Miller); his sister Jeanne Slawson; his nephew Mark Heffron; and his sister-in-law Pat Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his son Matt (Renee Heffron); his grandchildren, Liza and Kyle of Birmingham, Alabama; his brother J. Paul Heffron of Boulder; and his brothers-in-law, Ed Armstrong (Cheri) of Loveland, Colorado and Don Armstrong (Nancy) of Loveland, Colorado. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
