He is survived by: his children, Anne Hogberg (Maynard) of Ames, Jeanne Warning (Gary) of Ames, Bruce Moore (Kathy) and Martha Kuhlers (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Mike Hogberg (Kate), Emily Smalley (Scott), Dave Warning (Lisa), Katie Warning (Alex Harmon), John Moore (Brynn), Kaitlyn Hoversten (Quinn), Matt Kuhlers (Beth), Megan Ratashak (Jeff) and Mark Kuhlers (Tanaia Babcock).
Memorials may be given to St. Mary Church or Care Initiatives Hospice of Cedar Falls/Waterloo.
