He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma Geil and Holger Geil; and his son Eric. He is survived by: his wife Joan Carla Geil (Hansen); his sons, Christopher and Todd; his grandsons, Eric, Matthew, Jaron, Alec, Wesley, Christian and Zachary; his great grandchildren, Jasper and Hazel; his daughter-in-law Amy; and his granddaughter-in-law Ciara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (619 Main St, Iowa Falls, IA 50126). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
