She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosella Kasperbauer and Raymond Kasperbauer; her daughter Kristine Thielen; and her sisters, Sandra Nelson and Shirley Brensel.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Kington of Irwin, IA; her son Scott Kington (Jolene) of Columbia, MO; her grandchildren, Sophia Kington, Owen Kington, Jessica Thielen, Michael Thielen and Ashley Thielen; and her siblings, Denny Kasperbauer of Carroll, IA, Carol Beam of Defiance, IA and Allen Kasperbauer of Goodyear, AZ. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Pauley Jones Funeral Home - Harlan (1304 9th St, Harlan, IA 51537). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Hill Cemetery - Irwin (1914 Rd M47, Irwin, IA 51446).
