It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara P. Wignall of James, Iowa, born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Delbert and Catherine Elizabeth Stroud (Canny); her husband Don; and her siblings, Jim Stroud, Rick Stroud, Joe Stroud, Mary Ann Hevlin, Rosemary McKinstry and Louise Prewitt.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Wignall (Cathy), Andy Wignall (Deb), Pat Wignall (Tina), Mary Kathleen Bailey (Dick), Joe Wignall (Terri), Brian Wignall (Julie), Chris Wignall and Jan Marie Chapman (Doug); and her siblings, Kathy Pelligrino (Dean) and Pat Stroud (Pam). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
