He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Murley and Martha Murley (Shaw); and his siblings, Tommy Murley (Shirley), James Murley, Ramona Neumann (Carl) and Faye Renner.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Murley (Chris) of Waverly and David Murley Jr. of Dubuque; his grandchildren, Bo Murley of Elkhorn, NE and Shelby Lacina (Andrew) of Gretna, NE; his great grandchild Tommy Lacina; his brother Richard Murley (Betty) of Waterloo; and his pet Buddy.
