He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Roth (Kannegieter). He is survived by: his father Melvin Roth of Janesville; and his siblings, Doretta Donahue (Michael) of Cedar Rapids, Darol Roth (Dee) of Waverly, Roger Roth of Cedar Falls, Duane Roth (Shelly) of Janesville, Larry Roth (Trisia) of Cedar Falls and Sara Dale (Joshua) of Hudson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
