With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esther G. Weaver of Jefferson, Iowa, born in Badger, Iowa, who passed away on November 23, 2023 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Ole Jr. Heggen and Isabelle Heggen (Warren); her husbands, J. Keith Weaver and Donald Buswell; her daughters, Janet Ann Weaver, Janel Cadden and Karyl Thompson; her great grandchild Alexandra Esther Stokes; her siblings, Earl Heggen (Margaret), Mervin Heggen, Garland Heggen and Inez Heggen; and her stepsons, Ronald Buswell and Michael Buswell.
She is survived by : her grandchildren, Erin Rae Stokes (Anthony) of Burlington, Kelly Lee Cadden of Oak Harbor, Charles Francis Thompson (Katherine) of Allendale, NJ, Kristina Kay Mullen (Duane) of Castlewood, John Kurt Thompson of Ames, Matthew Oren Thompson (Leah) of Jefferson, Michael Kieth Thompson of Des Moines and Philip Wesley Thompson (Rebecca) of Boone; her great grandchildren, Henry Keith Thompson, Theodore Dean Thompson, Kezia Isabelle Mullen, Thomas Oren Mullen, Tobias Colyer Mullen, Julian Ryker Thompson and Rowan Elizabeth Thompson; and her stepchildren, Donald Buswell (Ann), Linda Booth (Larry), Sheri Parks, Susan Harman (John) and Dorene Tuhn (Jack). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
