She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert A. Schmidt and Lola F. Schmidt (Masters); and her sister Rosalyn Uchytil. She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Marsh of Jesup; her children, Todd Marsh (Catherine) of Jesup and Tonya Higgins (Andy) of Independence; her grandchildren, Michelle Even (Jeremy), Cody Marsh (Alyssa), Mitchell Higgins and Cade Higgins; her great grandchildren, Brooks, Ella, Dean, Laila and Millie; and her brother-in-law George Uchytil. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
