She was predeceased by: her parents, Raphael Nicholas "Ray" and Cleo Elizabeth Youngblut (Kane); her grandchildren, Hannah Elizabeth Pint, Kale Richard Johnson and Ray Joseph Johnson; her brothers, Lavern Youngblut, Donald Youngblut and LeRoy Youngblut; and her brother-in-law Robert Kresser.

She is survived by: her husband Joe Vogel of Waterloo; her children, Kelly Pint (Mark) of Center Point, Quent Vogel (Haley) of Waterloo and Jill Johnson (Sean) of Independence, Iowa; her siblings, Joe Youngblut (Betty) of Jesup, Dave Youngblut (Kim) of Raymond, Marv Youngblut of Jesup, Al Youngblut (Kathy) of Evansdale, Iowa, Connie Kass (Carl) of Independence, Jackie Kresser of Jesup, Sandy Even (Lonnie) of Jesup and Gin Vogel (Bart) of Jesup; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Youngblut of Jesup and Mary Youngblut of Independence. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to St. Athanasius Catholic Church or to the family to be given to multiple organizations important to Kris.
