She is survived by: her husband Donald Cecil Jacobsen of Littleton; and her children, Ronda Pries (David) of Jesup, Connie Johnson (Richard) of Tavares, FL, Michele Jacobsen and Donald C. "Donny" Jacobsen, II (Jennifer) of Jesup. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
