She is survived by: her husband Ronald Ray Roach; and her children, Jeff Roach (Mary Jo) of Otho, Brett Roach (Julie) of St Charles, MO, Kurt Roach (Lisa) of Smithville, MO and Kristin Collins (Sean) of Kansas City, MO. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left in Charlene's memory to Blank Children's Hospital.
