He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Whitten and Grace Whitten (Neal); his wife Betty; and his son Jay Whitten. He is survived by : his children, Mandy Whitten, Rachel Perry, Connie Dove, Don Bridgeman, Mary Davis and Mark Webster. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
