He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glenn Fletcher and Lola Catherine Fuller (O'Brien); his wife Marcia Berte; his parents-in-law, Alvin and Mary Berte; his brothers-in-law, Dennis White and Gary Berte; his grandson Noah James Manning-Bey; his children, Michelle George (Todd) of Humboldt, IA, Brad Fuller (Kristy) of Winder, GA, Scott Fuller (Brady) and Renae Manning-Bey (Leighton) of Ankeny, IA; his grandchildren, Nikki Schleisman (Andrew), Emma George, Bryce Fuller and Layton Manning-Bey; his great grandchild Wren Schleisman; and his sisters, Lynne White of Nora Springs, IA and Nancy Richey (Craig) of Clear Lake, IA. He was also cherished by many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
