The memory of Charlotte Marie Sheldon of Johnston, Iowa, who passed away on January 5, 2026 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Charlotte may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charlotte touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell Bolin and Lillian Bolin; her husband Gerald; and her brother John. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Joyce Bolin of George, Iowa; and her nephew Jason Bolin (Jackie) of Tea.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to New Hope United Methodist Church or the Alzheimer's Association. A special Thank You to all her caregivers over the years at Bickford and Valley View Village, who took excellent care of her through her journey with Alzheimer's.
