With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clarine Abramowitz of Johnston, Iowa, born in Saint Marys, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Alvie Henry and Winona Caryl (Siems); and her siblings, Wayne Alan Henry and Cheryl Jane Henry. She is survived by: her husband Al Abramowitz of Johnston; her children, Timothy Wayne Abramowitz (Deb) of Johnston and Michele Jane Pettinger (Joe) of Seattle; her grandchildren, Levi Abramowitz (Kate) of Waukee, Jannae Abramowitz of Farmington, Conn., Evan Abramowitz (Emma) of Ames, Grant Abramowitz of Nevada and Anika Pettinger of Seattle; and her great grandchildren, Lilyann and Theo Abramowitz of Waukee.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Creston or Brio Senior Living Community of Johnston.
