He is survived by: his parents, Bill Warren and Jana Warren; his sister Laura Dahms (Matt); his nephew Kip; his niece Amy; his uncle Jeff Kitterman; his cousins, Sam Kaitter (Malory) and Shelby Moe (Patrick); his aunt Jo; his uncle Paul Schmidt; and his cousins, Haley Gibson (Greyson) and Luke Schmidt.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Iles Jordan Creek Chapel (7150 Ashworth Rd, West Des Moines, IA 50266). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church of Hope (925 Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, IA 50266).
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jay's name may be directed to Bill or Jana Warren to be used for a cause special to Jay; to be determined at a later date.
