She is survived by: her husband Virgil Slabaugh (Virtie); her children, Kim Gingerich of Kalona, Shannon Slabaugh (Beth) of Arthur, IL and Angie Bender (Tim) of North English, IA; her grandchildren, Kayla Schlabach (Simon), Kelsie Hebl (Tyler), Karson, Keegan Gingerich, Annika, Shae Slabaugh, Reese, Gage, Everett, Hadyn, Joslyn and Brooklyn Bender; her great grandchildren, Miles, Aria, Halle Schlabach, Wrenley and Caden Hebl; and her siblings, Mary Radtke of Ft. Wayne, IN, Benjamin Miller (Wilma) of Cedar Rapids, Ezra Miller (Ruby) of Hutchinson, KS, Paul Miller (Bertie) of Hutchinson, KS, Mark Miller (Irma) of Kalona, Elmer Miller (Ileen) of Kalona, Verton Miller (Cheryl) of Hutchinson, KS and Nora Kemp (Kevin) of Kalona.
