He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Neuman and Fern LaVern Bailey (Benell); his brother Thomas Bailey; his nephew Seth Bailey; his in-laws, Idres and Florence Hill; and his brothers-in-law, Kay Hill and Kent Hill.
He is survived by: his wife Karma Hill; his children, Kirk Bailey (Sarah) of Washington, Brooks Bailey (Cyndi) of Craig, NE, Jorey Bailey (Lauren) of Kalona and Lindsey Heppner (Luke) of Gretna, NE; his grandchildren, Kennadi Bailey, Isabel McDole (Chase), Jack Bailey, Kasen Bailey, Haydon Bailey, Sutton Bailey, Dawson Bailey, Maxwell Heppner and Stella Heppner; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Arends (Alan) of Albert Lea, MN, Betty Hill of Cedar Rapids, Shirley Hill of Cedar Rapids, Jackie Bailey of Kalona and Karla Brown (Bob) of Arnolds Park. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for The Courage Ride, Washington County Hospice or Grout Cemetery.
