He is survived by: his siblings, Debra Heath (John) of Keokuk and Rocko Roman of Chicago; his nieces and nephews, Christina Boltz (Brian) of Keokuk, Johnathon Heath (Ashley) of Kentucky, Tiffany Heath of Idaho, Ashley of Chicago, Max of Chicago and Rocko Roman of Chicago; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eli, Bella, Lily, Milo Boltz, J. D. and Samuel Heath.
