She was predeceased by : her father John Higgins, Jr.; and her stepfather Richard Krug. She is survived by : her mother Judith Higgins (Estes) of Keokuk, IA; her children, Sean Oliphant of St. Joseph, MO, Chad Oliphant of St. Joseph, MO and Miranda Oliphant of St. Joseph, MO; her brothers, Bill Nelson of St. Joseph, Joe Nelson of Keokuk, IA and Sid Nelson (Julie) of St. Joseph; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Chad II, Madison, Wyatt, Ezra, Tobias, Odin and Roman.
