He is survived by: his wife Pamela Smith of Keokuk; his children, Alea Mooney, Lisa Smith, Jerry Blackwell and Anthony Smith Jr.; his sister Cynthia Williams (Robert) of Keokuk; and his mother-in-law Sheila Blackwell. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
