She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Humphrey and Wilma Shafer Humphrey; her husband Ray Harter; and her brother Gary Humphrey. She is survived by: her children, Lori Seabold of Keokuk and Jeffrey Harter (Patty) of Jacksonville, NC; her grandchildren, Justin Harter, Lacey Harnish (Josh), Alyssia Caley, Adam Seabold (Kacey), Mikaela Harter, Breanna Kemp (Andrew) and Brooklyn Seabold; and her great grandchildren, Gavin, Landon Harnish, Remington, Maxine Seabold, Levi and Ellie Kemp.
