She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Atkinson and Jessie Mildred Pilkington Atkinson; her husband Estel Glen Neff; and her brother Paul Atkinson (Mary). She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa DeJong (Dirk) of Keokuk, Sharon Neff (Ben Marion) of Ely, Kathy Neff of Hannibal, Martha Neff (Tom Russell) of Keokuk and Mary Jo Riesberg (Vernon Windsor) of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Kathryn Scruggs (Kevin) of Tulsa, Sarah DeJong (Joshua Koza) of Iowa City, Elizabeth Fuchsen (Jeffrey) of Urbandale, Laura DeJong (Jeremy Getta) of Cedar Rapids, Jacob Russell of Keokuk, Lindy Russell (Xavier Diez) of Barcelona, Abby Webster of South Beach, Jordan Webster of Austin, Louis Riesberg of West Point, Dayne Riesberg of New London and Jocelyn Riesberg of Houston, Texas; and her great grandchildren, William Scruggs, Chelsea Fuchsen, Abigail, Jacob Koza, Katherine Marshall, Alyssa Spoores, Elena Cecel Diez and Samson Riesberg.
The family suggests memorials to P.E.O. Educational Loan Fund or to Trinity United Methodist Church.
