She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Protsman and June Protsman (Robinett); her husband Dave Smeltser; her close friend Carroll "Tootie" Cunningham; her son Zebadiah Smeltser of Canton, MO; her brothers, Frank Protsman (Joyce) of Keokuk and Danny "Boone" Protsman of Alexandria, MO; and her stepchildren, Sean Smeltser (Melissa) of Kahoka, MO and Lisa Allen of Perry, MO. She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
To honor her memory, memorials may be made to the family in care of Brandy Magray, 2408 Belknap Blvd., Keokuk, Iowa 52632 these funds will be used to purchase items for the River Hills Activity Fund.
