She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Edward and Vera Mae Post Ricker; her husband Jay Frank Cook; her stepfather Don Hoambrecker; and her sister Diana Hester.
She is survived by: her children, Ryan Cook (Margaret) and Cara Johnson (Brad); her grandchildren, Jake Cook (Amy Griffin) of Keokuk, Megan Cook (Dorian Stice) of Keokuk, Rylee Johnson (Tallon Blaise) of Keokuk and Jaelyn Profeta (Nicholas) of Keokuk; her great grandchild Brewer Profeta; her siblings, Denice Samuels (Mike), Dawn Marlin (Jeff), David "Patrick" Ricker, Penny Williams (Craig), Alan Hoambrecker (Janet) and Steve Hoambrecker (Nancy); her sister-in-law Cindy Hoewing; and her close friends, Cindy Nickel, Barb Gates and Debbie Suter. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
