He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Floyd and June Colleen Farnsworth Miller; his sisters, Cindy Frueh, Deborah "Debbie" Kohlmorgan and Linda Diane; and his brother-in-law Roger Underwood.
He is survived by: his sisters, Carolyn Underwood of Keokuk, Joyce Vaughn (John) of Keokuk, Andrea Schwiete (Randy) of Keokuk, Barbara Schlotter (Mark) of Canton and Tina Reinoehl (Steve) of Keokuk; and his brother-in-law Tom Kohlmorgan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to God's Way Christian Center.
