With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Mullen of Keokuk, Iowa, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 72. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Linda Mullen to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Carlton and Jean Budzinski Carlton; and her sister Judy Wright-Mays. She is survived by : her husband David Mullen of Keokuk; her son Richard Gobart (Meg) of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Lily Gobart, Emma Gobart and Levi Krome; and her siblings, Jan Carlton (Carl Sistern) and James Carlton (Sue) of Hesperia, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Department of Iowa ALA Junior Camp or the Emmanuel United Methodist Church.
