Marilyn Coovert Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2025, at the age of 90, Marilyn Coovert (Keokuk, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Gibson (Grogan) and George Gibson; her siblings, Dolores Farnsworth and George Gibson (David Jr.); and her grandson David Craig.
She is survived by: her brothers, Roger (Carol) and Gary Gibson; her children, David Joseph Coovert (Kim), Chris Schwerin (Tod) and Dianne Behnke (Jeff); her grandchildren, Amber (Travis), Lauren (Dakota), Michelle (David Craig), Daniel (McKenna), Matthew (Gaby), Alison (Will), Jamie (Casey), Mia and Samantha; and her great grandchildren, Isabelle, Vienna, David Patrick, Micah, Hailey and Carter.
A burial will be held on Friday, November 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Keokuk National Cemetery (1701 J St, Keokuk, IA 52632).
