She was predeceased by: her parents, Eles Harper and Ruby Olive Quandt (Clendenen); her husband Charles; her son-in-law Dwight Savage; her brother Leon Quandt; her nephew Tom Quandt; and her cousin Louie Bartels.
She is survived by: her children, Sarah Vigen (Marcus) of Keokuk, Todd Webb (Debbie) of Florida, Martha Savage of Indiana and Tim Webb (Rita) of Rhode Island; her grandchildren, Emily Shelton (Daniel), Andrea Mott, Seth Mott (Katie), Elisabeth Stevenson (Lance), Rachel Webb, Logan Webb (Bethany), Kyle Webb (Anthony), Chloe Glenn (Josh), Olivia Grimes (Andy), Kristen Hellenga (Andrew) and Geoffrey Webb; her stepgrandchildren, Melissa Vigen (Jason), Matthew Vigen, Darylle Sheehan (Tim Allard) and Robert Sheehan Jr.; her brother Paul Quandt (Ann) of Florida; and her sister-in-law Patty Quandt of Illinois. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the New Testament Christian Church (1578 Hilton Rd, Keokuk, IA 52632). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Keokuk National Cemetery (1701 J St, Keokuk, IA 52632).
