She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Haessig and Mae Lu Basye Meister; and her brother Jeff Meister. She is survived by: her significant other Robert Seltzer of Keokuk; her son Daniel Svejda (Jeannie) of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Ethan, Evelyn, Esme Cochenour, Lillian, Clara and Natalie Seltzer; and her siblings, Minda VanAusdall (John) of Keokuk, Larry Meister (Nancy) of Evergreen, CO and John Meister (Christie) of Newport, OR. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
