We are sad to announce that, on October 9, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Norma Russell of Keokuk, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Russell and Marilyn Russell (Sebree); and her sister Mary Agnes. She is survived by: her aunt Raymonia Muff of Hamilton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
